A unique blend of synthetic and natural fibers that brings together the best of both worlds. This material is part of the new ULTRA – One Material Fly line, whose philosophy is to tie an entire fly from a single material. Each shade is created by carefully blending several color tones and fibers of varying thickness and length – the result is a material with depth and a natural play of color that single-colored fibers can never offer.

The blend also includes a small amount of black crimped fibers and several types of shiny FLASH fibers, and darker shades additionally feature a few light or UV-reflective fibers. This gives the fly's silhouette strong contrast even in deeper or murkier water.

Thanks to its structure, it holds the fly's shape beautifully while retaining a lively, natural movement in the water – an ideal combination for medium to large streamers as well as saltwater flies. Low water absorption means easy, precise casting, as confirmed by many of our testers around the world.
