A unique blend of synthetic glass-like fibers and ultra-fine flash fibers. Each color is always mixed from several shades and contains a small amount of perfectly black, metallic fibers that create a silhouette effect. This material is excellent for small and micro streamers and saltwater flies, such as shrimp, because the blend’s structure is translucent, it ripples vividly in the water, and it doesn’t absorb water, making it very easy to cast with a fly. You won’t need any other material—this alone is enough to create an entire fly!
